Sessions
Two student poster sessions will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018. Abstracts will be distributed with the conference proceedings and available on the conference website. Authors must be present during the poster sessions. A certificate will be given to the best poster at the end of the poster sessions.
Preparation of the final manuscript:
The IEEE conference templates should be considered, with a maximum paper length of 2 pages. Standard IEEE conference templates for LaTeX formats are found here: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. You can also use the sample template for Microsoft Word: A4, US letter. Authors of accepted posters should upload the final abstract no later than February 25, 2018.
Registration information:
In order for your paper(s) to be published in the IEEE WCNC 2018 Conference Proceedings, the student of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the Full or Limited (member or non-member) rate on or before February 25, 2018. If you already have a registration covering a paper on the general WCNC conference, this already covers the student poster. Otherwise, you can choose between a single-day registration (for the poster presentation) or the full conference registration. For authors of the main conference, there is no extra charge for a demo/poster.
Poster format:
Poster panels will have a size of 120cm x 150cm (portrait orientation) and have a printable surface area: 117.5cm x 147.5cm. Posters should be a mixture of a brief text mixed with tables, graphs, pictures, and other presentation formats, summarizing the information concisely and attractively.
